My Local Guide Istanbul – Food & Walking Tours
By booking a tour with My Local Guide Istanbul, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the tour departure time to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

2. Dietary Requirements

• Guests with food allergies, restrictions, or special dietary requirements must inform us in advance.
• Please note that while we do our best to accommodate, guests with dietary restrictions may not receive the full menu offered on the tour.
• My Local Guide Istanbul cannot take responsibility for dietary issues not communicated prior to the tour.

3. Minimum Group Size

• Each tour requires a minimum of 3 participants to run.
• If the minimum number is not met, guests will be offered:
  • An alternative tour date, or
  • A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Weather Conditions

• Tours operate in all weather conditions. Guests are advised to dress appropriately for the weather (comfortable shoes, umbrellas, rain jackets, etc.).
• In rare cases of extreme or unsafe conditions, My Local Guide Istanbul reserves the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Guests participate in the tours at their own risk.
• My Local Guide Istanbul is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the tour.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to have valid travel and health insurance.
